Kiki de Montparnasse accepts returns on unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items with original tags attached within 14 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, certain intimate apparel, hosiery, and adhesive items are considered final sale and cannot be returned.

Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene liners remain intact and untampered with.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your package, removing any previous delivery markings.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and retain your tracking receipt; refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
